Online Training

for Board Members, Sound Persons, Kids, Worship, Small Groups Leaders and Preachers

Every church, no matter the size, can benefit from the partnership between RMMN and Church University.  Church University is an online training designed to equip the leaders in your church.  With tracks like Worship Leader, Church Audio, Connections, Preaching, Board Training and more, anyone can lead well.  This resource is FREE to the churches of the Rocky Mountain Ministry Network. Each church qualifies for one membership bought and payed for by the RMMN. Scroll down to check out each module.

All six of these courses will be made available to every lead pastor in the Network. Then the lead pastor can make ANY or ALL of their key leaders/volunteers users in the respective courses.

Here are a few of the nuances of the arrangement the Network has established with Church University.

  1. Each church will have their own individual auto-generated username and password. These accounts will be considered church accounts. Email communiques will be auto-generated to all church accounts once their account has been established.
  2. The churches have the permission to distribute the login details to anyone on their staff, volunteer core or board as they wish.
  3. When a pastor leaves a church, the RMMN changes the username church account to the name/email of the new pastor. Upon the changing of the church account (pastoral change) the team of users at the church would then begin to access the CU content with the new pastor’s login details.

We believe this partnership is going to set the stage for many churches in the Rocky Mountain Ministry Network to go to places they’ve never been before. It is our prayer that board relations, church audio, kids ministry, worship leading and preaching will accelerate to reach more people for Jesus in Colorado and Utah.

Church Audio Track

Have you ever cringed at the sound of loud screeching coming out of the speakers during a church worship service?

There's not much worse than listening to an ear-piercing sound when you're trying to lead people into the presence of God, but it happens way more than it should.

Poor audio quality, missed audio cues, and untrained team members can really distract church members and visitors from experiencing all God has for them.

Church Audio Track Features a Directors Track and a Volunteer Track

Connection Track

Have you ever struggled to have guests come back after their initial visit?

Do you have any “regulars" who are sitting on the sidelines and not involved?

Unfortunately, this happens too often in the church. Getting more people involved in the church can be very frustrating.

Whether it's guests who don't come back or regulars who won't participate, this frustration often develops because the church doesn't have the right processes in place to foster engagement and participation.

In reality, connecting people in the church can feel very complex…

  1. Understanding The Big Picture in Connections
  2. Moving a Viewer to a Guest
  3. Moving a Guest to an Attender
  4. Moving an Attender to a Participator
  5. Moving a Participator to a Partner
  6. Moving a Partner to a Disciple
  7. Building a Winning Connections Team
  8. Essential Connections Processes
