If you have more than 1 club in any age group and want a separate charter certificate, please indicate so by the appropriate club.  As many membership cards as needed are sent without charge with the certificate (one for each girl).  ADDITIONAL CARDS ARE 10 CENTS EACH:  PLEASE SEND PAYMENT WHEN ORDERING EXTRA MEMBERSHIP CARDS.
