REGISTRATION: All registrations must be postmarked by Monday, March 16th, 2009. The registration cost for students and leaders is $40. If parents are visiting, there is a $15 fee per service (Friday and Saturday Nights) and the Celebration service on Sunday morning is free. If student is competing in FAF there will be a $5 charge for each additional category that they enter in after the first one. Regarding group registration, each person in a group needs to fill out an “individual registration form” and submit the proper fee, all of this will be accompanied by the “group registration form.” A late registration fee of $20 per individual will be added to any registrations postmarked after March 16th. NO fine arts registrations will be accepted after March 28th. However, we will accept Convention Only registrations up to the day of convention, but there will be a $20 late fee assessed. Please review all entries to make sure they are legible and complete. Incomplete forms will be assessed a late fee of $20. No refunds will be given for no shows. Mail all completed registrations to:
