  4. God’s Strategy for Missions…Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria and the Uttermost parts of the world.
  5. Church Plants are good soil….there is a good return for our investment.
    1. Ramp up very quickly.
    2. Very effective at reaching people.
    3. Great Foreign Missions givers.
    4. They are a new life form.
    5. Full of vision, passion and purpose.
    6. Raises up new leadership.
    7. Trains new workers.
    8. People want to be on the ground floor of something new.
  6. Establishes a fresh presence for God.
  7. We need a wide diversity of churches to reach an increasingly diverse America.
  8. Insures denominational survival.
  9. A proven church growth mechanism.
  10. We can intentionally determine the Spiritual DNA of a new church.
  11. Easier to have babies than to raise the dead.
  12. We can’t measure the harvest by what’s in the barn but by what’s in the field.
