2. Size(s) in average attendance of church(es) you have served as senior pastor? I have Pastored 3 smaller churches that averaged 55 to 65 and the one that I currently pastor averages 175.
3. Number of years you have served as a staff/support pastor? I served for 3 1/2 years as a staff/support pastor in music and youth ministry.

staff/support pastor? The churches I served as a staff Pastor averaged 50 to 130 people.
5. Maximum number of paid church staff you have served in a church where you were senior pastor? (include secretaries, pastors, janitors, etc.) The church that I currently serve has 4 paid staff which include 1 secretary, 1 youth pastor, 1 associate pastor, and 1 custodian.
6. Type(s) of community(ies) you have pastored in? (for example- rural, urban, mountain resort, etc.) The 3 communities that I served were rural villages, now I pastor in a rural small city.
7. Briefly paint a word portrait of the church you are currently pastoring? I pastor Bridge to Life Assembly of God a place of meaningful connections. Our vision is to build relationships and instruct disciples that go everywhere. Our mission is to know Christ and to make Him known. The values that motivate our vision and mission is excellence and compassion in all that we do!
8. Describe any special skills, experiences, challenges, hardships, etc.
you've had or have that you think would help build coaching credibility with leaders in similar situations? I have worked with smaller rural churches and I have seen God do big things in these little places. I do not believe that God is a respecter of persons and if He can help me he can help anyone else that follows His call. It is my desire to be a source of encouragement to Pastors in smaller churches. God is able to help any church of any size become a "breakout church". My desire is to help pastors discover how their visions and dreams can become reality.
